Step by step

    Open Finances, then Expenses

    Open the Finances tab and choose Expenses.

    Add an expense

    Tap Add, enter the amount, and pick a category — fuel, supplies, tools, insurance.

    Or snap the receipt

    Or snap a photo of the receipt, and Lawnzie reads the amount, merchant, and date for you.

    See your profit and loss

    Your profit and loss updates as you go — revenue minus expenses.
