How do I sign up?+
Download the Lawnzie app from the App Store or Google Play. Create an account as a homeowner or contractor in under a minute.
Is Lawnzie available in my area?+
Lawnzie is launching across the United States. Download the app to check availability in your area.
How do I become a verified contractor?+
Complete a background check through our third-party provider and upload your Certificate of Insurance. Both can be initiated from the app.
How much does Lawnzie cost?+
Homeowners pay a flat $2.99 service fee per completed job. Contractors can use the free plan or upgrade to Pro ($19.99/month) for unlimited quotes, equipment tracking, and financial tools.
How do I report a problem?+
Email support@lawnzie.com or use the in-app support chat (Messages tab, tap the headset icon). We respond within 1 business day.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription?+
Yes, anytime. Go to More > Settings in the app. No cancellation fees or long-term contracts.
