How do I become a verified contractor?+
Complete a background check through our third-party provider and upload your Certificate of Insurance. Both can be initiated from the app.
How much does Lawnzie cost?+
Lawnzie is 100% free for contractors — no subscription, no lead fees, and every tool included. Homeowners pay a flat $2.99 service fee per completed job.
How do I report a problem?+
Email support@lawnzie.com or use the in-app support chat (Messages tab, tap the headset icon). We respond within 1 business day.
