Send a quote

Step by step

1. 1

   Open Bids, tap +

   Let us send your first quote. Open the Bids tab and tap the plus to start.

   Pick or add a customer

   Pick an existing customer, or add a new one on the spot.

   Add job title & address

   Give the job a title, and enter the service address.

4. 4

   Add your services

   Add the services you are quoting — a one-time mowing, a weekly recurring visit, whatever fits the job.

5. 5

   Price each line item

   Each line item gets its own price, and you can add notes if there is anything specific the customer should see.

6. 6

   Tap Send

   When the total looks right, tap Send. Your customer gets a text and an email, and they can accept the quote in one tap.
