Run more than one truck

Step by step

   Open More, then Crews

   Running more than one truck? Open the More tab, then Crews.

   Add a crew

   Tap Add a crew and name it. You will pick a route color and set its daily hours next.

   Invite your people

   Open More, then Team, and invite a team member by email.

   Pick a role

   Pick a role. Managers can quote. Foremen see prices. Crew members see only their route.

   Two switches, owner only

   Business Settings has two switches: whether crew members can see prices, and whether foremen can send quotes.

   Filter the schedule by crew

   On the Schedule, filter by crew. Every pin and row carries its crew color, and each foreman sees only their own.
