Frequently asked questions

What if my app can't export something?+

Some apps don't export everything (for example, recurring schedules or photos). We'll tell you exactly what's missing and help you capture it — a spreadsheet or screenshots work.

I got some customers through a lead or marketplace app. Can you move them?+

We only move the customers who are yours. Many lead and marketplace apps don't allow taking customers you met through them off their platform — sometimes for up to a year after you leave — so check your agreement. Customers you found on your own are yours to bring, and we'll help you separate the two lists. Before you upload, you'll confirm the customers you're moving are your own.

Do I have to keep paying for my old app?+

No. Once your data is in Lawnzie and the totals match, you can cancel. Keep your export files as your own backup.

What happens to the files I upload?+

They're stored privately, used only for your migration, and deleted 90 days after it's done, or sooner if it's declined, stalls, or you delete your account.

Is it really free?+

Yes — white-glove migration is included with Business+, including during your free trial. We take a limited number each month so every migration gets done right.
