Mow Money Bonus — Official Program Terms
Sponsor: Lawnzie LLC, 4030 Wake Forest Road, STE 349, Raleigh, NC 27609 · Effective July 7, 2026
These Official Program Terms (the “Terms”) govern the “Mow Money” activation bonus (the “Program”). By participating, you agree to these Terms and to the Lawnzie Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not participate.
This is not a sweepstakes, lottery, contest of chance, or game of chance. No purchase of a Lawnzie subscription is required, and there is no random drawing. The Bonus is an earned performance incentive: every eligible Contractor who completes the requirements below receives the same reward.
1. Eligibility
To be eligible you must, at all relevant times:
- Be an independent Contractor with an active Lawnzie contractor account in good standing;
- Be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States;
- Be within your first 100 days following your Lawnzie contractor account creation date (the “Bonus Window”); and
- Have a fully onboarded Stripe Connect payout account with payouts enabled.
Ineligible participants. The Program is void for, and the following do not qualify: Lawnzie employees, officers, owners, contractors, and their immediate family members and households; Lawnzie internal, demo, or test accounts; and any account Lawnzie identifies as non-bona-fide. Limit one (1) Bonus per Contractor, per person, and per business entity.
2. Bonus Window
Your Bonus Window is the 100-day period beginning on your Lawnzie contractor account creation date. Qualifying activity is credited retroactively from the start of your Bonus Window. Jobs completed before your Bonus Window began or after it ends do not count.
3. How to earn the Bonus
Complete 50 Qualifying Jobs within your Bonus Window.
A “Qualifying Job” is a job for which payment is successfully collected through Lawnzie Pay (in-app checkout or a Lawnzie Pay-by-Link invoice) and which meets all of the following:
- the payment succeeds and is not later refunded, charged back, disputed, or otherwise reversed;
- the job amount is at least the applicable minimum job value (currently $30);
- the customer is a distinct, bona fide, arm’s-length third party — not you, your own accounts, your employees, or a party related to or controlled by you; and
- the job is genuine and not created, in whole or part, to obtain the Bonus.
Legitimate recurring work for the same repeat customer counts. Payments made off-platform (cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, etc.) do not count. Lawnzie determines, in its reasonable discretion, whether a job is a Qualifying Job.
4. The Bonus
The Bonus is $150 USD, paid one time, once you complete 50 Qualifying Jobs within your Bonus Window and after Lawnzie’s verification (Section 5). The Bonus is paid by transfer to your connected Stripe payout account. The Bonus has no cash or other substitution and is non-transferable. If your payout account is not enabled at the time of payout, the Bonus is held until you complete Stripe onboarding.
5. Verification, holds, and timing
Lawnzie reviews each Bonus before payout. Payments must age past a short holding period and remain un-refunded and un-disputed to count toward payout. Lawnzie may request additional information to verify eligibility and qualifying activity. Bonuses are typically paid within a reasonable period (approximately 10 business days) after verification.
6. Fraud, abuse, and disqualification
Lawnzie may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any participant and withhold, revoke, or recover (claw back) any Bonus if it reasonably believes the participant has engaged in fraud, abuse, self-dealing, fake or manufactured jobs, collusion, circumvention of these Terms, or any violation of the Lawnzie Terms of Service, or has otherwise attempted to manipulate the Program. Lawnzie’s determinations under this Program are final.
7. Taxes
The Bonus may be treated as taxable income. You are solely responsible for all taxes arising from your receipt of the Bonus. Lawnzie will issue an IRS Form 1099 (e.g., 1099-K or 1099-NEC) as and if required by law. Consult your own tax advisor.
8. Changes to the Program
Lawnzie may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program, in whole or in part, and may change the eligibility criteria, the definition of a Qualifying Job, the required number of jobs, the Bonus amount, or the Bonus Window, at any time and for any reason, with changes applying prospectively. Where reasonably practicable, Contractors already within an active Bonus Window will be governed by the terms in effect when their Bonus Window began. The Program is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
9. Platform disclaimer
This Program is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Apple, Google, or any other platform on which it may be promoted. Any questions about the Program should be directed to Lawnzie, not to those platforms.
10. General
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes arising out of the Program are subject to the dispute-resolution, arbitration, and class-action-waiver provisions of the Lawnzie Terms of Service. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
