Invoice & get paid

Step by step

   Open Bids → Invoices

   Your invoices live in the Bids tab. Open Invoices to see what is out and what is paid.

   Tap +, choose Send Invoice

   To bill a customer, tap the plus and choose Send Invoice. It is a pay-by-link bill — your customer pays on the web, no account needed.

   Pick your customer

   Pick the customer you are billing.

   Add the work and price

   Add the job, the line items, and the price — just like a quote.

   Tap Send Invoice

   Tap Send Invoice. Your customer gets a text and an email with a secure payment link.

   Paid — money to your bank

   They pay by card in seconds. The invoice flips to Paid, and the money lands in your bank.
