These Business+ Terms (the “Business+ Terms”) govern a Contractor’s optional subscription to the Lawnzie Business+ toolkit (“Business+”). They supplement, and are incorporated by reference into, the Lawnzie Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Business+ Terms, do not subscribe to Business+.

1. What Business+ is

Getting jobs on Lawnzie — your public profile, the job feed, quoting, in-app messaging, and payment on marketplace jobs — is free for Contractors and is not part of Business+. Business+ is an optional subscription that adds:

  • Invoice your own customers by link — $0 fee
  • Auto-pay for weekly customers
  • Record cash, check, Venmo and Zelle payments
  • Finances
  • Smart Schedule and route optimization
  • Equipment tracker and maintenance reminders
  • Your branding on invoices and pay pages

2. Price and billing

$29.99/mo or $299/yr.

A monthly subscription renews monthly; an annual subscription renews yearly, until cancelled. Subscription charges are billed and processed by Stripe, Inc. Applicable taxes are added where required by law.

3. Existing accounts

A Contractor whose Lawnzie account was created before Sep 18, 2026 may be offered a reduced Business+ rate inside the Lawnzie app. That offer applies to a subscription started on or before Dec 31, 2026, and the reduced rate is kept through Dec 31, 2027. If a reduced-rate subscription lapses, including for non-payment or cancellation, the reduced rate is forfeited; a later resubscription is billed at the then-current list price. After Dec 31, 2027, reduced-rate subscriptions migrate to the list price with 60 days’ notice.

4. Trials

A new Business+ account starts with a 30-day free trial that begins when the Contractor subscribes at app.lawnzie.com. A payment method is required to start the trial; the first charge occurs at the end of the trial, and a subscription cancelled before then is not charged. One trial per Contractor account.

2026 transition cohort. A Contractor with access to the toolkit features listed in Section 1 before Business+ launched keeps that access through Nov 11, 2026. That access is extended through Dec 31, 2026 for any such Contractor who is paid through Lawnzie three times between Sep 14, 2026 and Nov 11, 2026.

5. Own-customer fee waiver

The Business+ fee waiver applies to invoices a Contractor sends to a customer the Contractor brought to Lawnzie. A customer the Contractor first met through a Lawnzie marketplace job keeps the marketplace service fee on invoices to that customer, regardless of the Contractor’s Business+ status. Lawnzie decides a customer’s origin by which party made first contact — through a Lawnzie job or directly with the Contractor — and Lawnzie’s determination is final.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel Business+ at any time at app.lawnzie.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access to Business+ through that date. Amounts already billed are not refunded on a prorated basis, except where required by law.

7. Changes

Lawnzie may change Business+ pricing with at least 30 days’ notice before the change takes effect. As described in Section 3, a reduced-rate subscription migrates to the list price after its lock period ends, with 60 days’ notice. Lawnzie may also modify the features included in Business+, with changes applying prospectively.

Lawnzie™ is a product of Lawnzie LLC. Lawnzie is a technology platform and marketplace; it does not provide lawn care or landscaping services.
